If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Davar Communities prohibits the use of its services for businesses involved in illegal activities, adult content and services, debt relief, certain financial products and services, gambling, government services without authorization, identity services, intellectual property infringement, specific legal services, lending and credit, marijuana-related products, nutraceuticals and pseudo-pharmaceuticals, non-fiat currency activities like cryptocurrency mining and staking, certain travel services, unfair or deceptive practices, and weapons or dangerous materials. Additionally, businesses in high-risk jurisdictions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and specific regions are also prohibited.
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time modify or discontinue access to, temporarily or permanently, the website or any Service thereon.
